All goods supplied are new, unused and accompanied with a VAT invoice. Items are normally in stock for despatch the same or next business day. For larger quantities or out of stock items, please allow a lead-time of a few days. Incorrectly delivered or defective goods are replaced free of charge including carriage.

Next working day delivery applies to most of the UK mainland. This is not a guaranteed service, so some destinations may take longer. A signature may be required on receipt so please ensure someone is present to receive the package.

Any part numbers used on labels, paperwork or otherwise are for reference only and do not imply from original engineering manufacturer.

Fourteen (14) day money back guarantee on goods purchased. Please contact us before returning any goods so we know to expect them. All original packing is to be returned as well. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return shipment in case of any loss and/or damage. Original shipping charges for correctly delivered, undamaged items are not refundable.

For your security, we do not store personal details on our website.
